Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Andrew N Wilson Photography specializes in providing professional photography services tailored for estate agents and holiday let companies. Our photographs are intended for marketing purposes, including property sales, rentals, and holiday lettings, and are expected to be uploaded to property and holiday websites by the client.

2. Copyright Ownership

All photographs taken by Andrew N Wilson Photography remain the intellectual property of the company. Copyright is not transferred to the client under any circumstances.

3. Licensing of Photographs

Upon payment in full for the services rendered, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for the following purposes:

• Marketing and promoting the specific property(ies) photographed by Andrew N Wilson Photography.

• Uploading to property sales, rental, or holiday letting websites.

 

4. Restrictions on Use

The license granted to the client is strictly limited to the uses specified in Clause 3. The client agrees that they:

• May not sell, transfer, or sublicense the photographs to any third party without the express written permission of Andrew N Wilson Photography.

• May not use the photographs for any purpose other than marketing the property(ies) for which the photographs were taken.

 

5. Alterations to Photographs

Clients may not edit or alter the photographs without prior written consent, except for minor adjustments necessary for website or print formatting.

 

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 14 days upon receipt of the invoice. Andrew N Wilson Photography reserves the right to withhold delivery of the final images until payment is received in full.

 

7. Liability

Andrew N Wilson Photography takes every care to ensure that the photographs provided meet a high standard. However, we are not liable for:

• Any loss or damage incurred as a result of using our photographs.

• Situations beyond our control, including delays caused by third-party websites or unforeseen events.

 

8. Termination of Agreement

Andrew N Wilson Photography reserves the right to terminate services or withdraw photographs if these terms are breached.

 

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Andrew N Wilson Photography reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
